Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'1" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a robe, a symbol of luck around his neck, and a bastard sword on his belt. His black hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Dilettante born in the past three hundred years. A friendly and beautiful Human, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: Gerald was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. Gerald was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Dilettante. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Description: 5'6" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He wears long strands of opal and short white dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His silver hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. This gray eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.

Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He wears his brown hair down. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. A true patriot, Richard would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Richard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Revenge; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His chestnut hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his violet eyes.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Bernard abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears dark leathers with embroidery. His hair is brown and curly. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady blue eyes.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 11 years.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and expand his business
