Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Apothecary. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Mercenary arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero.
