History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Simon's homeland. Simon decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Simon fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
