Description: He is lean but muscular and wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His tied-back hair is blonde. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: Regain custody of his son.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he is dressed in an above average manner. His brown hair is smooth and relatively long. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are green.
Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Mayor born in the past three hundred years. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: Tim was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. A gifted student he started as a Detective, but he got bored and became a Mayor. He has worked as a Mayor like his father before him.

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He prefers to wear white pants and tee shirts. His golden hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. His blue eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: Bertram was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his longbow with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His white hair is long and unkept. He has gleaming, smiling hazel eyes.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: Human compassion; and doesn't want to be a bellfounder and was forced into it by his family
