History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In his youth he was a Painter, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger sister on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hubert fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and doesn't want to be a masseuse and was forced into it by his family

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and to prove his worth to the world

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to end his boredom

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and retire the richest man in the west

Description: This man is very fat, and wears an entirely blue suit with white socks and a vest with buckled shoes. With a patchy chestnut beard and wild chestnut hair. His eyes are violet.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Guy hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered dire rats who tried to eat his hand. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Revenge.
