Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Roger grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Roger. After a long history of fighting, Roger and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: He is wearing a long, brown cloak, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'1" when asserting himself. His hair is auburn and curly. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his gray eyes.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Theobald's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Theobald lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has achieved small success as a Shoemaker.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gunter fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears a tattered pair of loose violet pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His hair, while still mostly blonde, has prominent grey streaks. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. Frederick abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he has money and likes to spend it
