He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He got into the Layabout business at a young age. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Layabout.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Tim grew up listening to his mother's many stories. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and human compassion

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and a rival would like him out of the picture
