Description: This younger middle-aged man is renowned for his bright green suits and hats, and a wedding ring on his left hand. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Tim's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Miner arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his druidic talents. After months of barely getting by, Tim managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.
