History: Hugh hails from a village terrorized by giants. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears an entirely green suit with white socks and a vest with buckled shoes. His long brown hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His eyes are brown and beady.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing music.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Description: A middle-aged man, he likes to wear brown tank tops with blue pants, and is pretty ugly. His auburn hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. This green eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Born in the east to a Shipwright, Adelard learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He has achieved small success as a Shipwright.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and to be a gardener again

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty yellow coat over it. His black hair is heavily combed to the right. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and he's looking for his big break

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
