Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Balimaar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Balimaar was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.
