Description: A 5'2" western man, he wears suspenders and black workpants. His shirt is blue, and he wears a heavy black leather apron most of the time. His golden hair is unkempt and raggedy. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Layabout business.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is dark but he possesses many yellow ritualistic tattoos. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He keeps his long white hair kept up in a rat tail. His skin is flawless and his green eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Gomory was born with his father's beautiful face. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gomory grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gomory. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: Jocelyn is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy auburn stubble. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a brown suit, white shirt, and blue tie. He has a hunchback. His Stetson hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His blue eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. Through the years after Cory was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Cory's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he prefers to wear brown pants and tee shirts. Sporting a silver mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He has a dull look in his violet eyes.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes goblins are coming to abduct people. He has all his life been fascinated with writing.

History: Simon was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and many goblins want him driven away
