Fortune-teller work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carpenter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he wants revenge against gnolls

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His first spouse was a Shepherd, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Clerebold was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
