History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His childhood dream was to be a Servant, but he was a colossal failure. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. History: John was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. John was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Soapmaker. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.
