Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the south. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gilbert grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gilbert. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His eyes are hazel.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Kyle was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. A gifted student he started as a Interpreter, but he got bored and became a Layabout. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Layabout responsibilities is difficult; and seeks redemption

Description: A 5'2" western man, he wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His auburn hair is still thick. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Patrick lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Adventurer, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a scythe, but if one is not available he will default to his rapier, and is pretty ugly. He has a long brown beard with little hanging trinkets. His hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Hubert was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student he started as a Cartwright, but he got bored and became a Soapmaker. He has worked as a Soapmaker like his mother before him.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he dresses in red turtlenecks beneath a yellow coat with brown slacks. He keeps his long red hair kept up in a rat tail. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Born in the south to a Unemployed, Aldous learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Unemployed. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
