Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Alex alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and retire the richest man in the east

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: The child of a Beggar, who enjoyed hunting, Gilbert was taken on many hunting expeditions. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He's also a talented Beggar, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his crossbow with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His hair is short and golden. His eyes are violet and catlike.
Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Mason born in the past three hundred years. He is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: Ernest was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Mason work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mason work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and sabotage a competitor

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Geoffrey was born on a far northern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Carpenter. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
