History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. After coming to the age of reason, Raymond took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Heward was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he desires power and/or immortality
