Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'7" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears violet robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a monstrous two handed axe, but if one is not available he will default to his sai. His long blonde hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Anselm fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
