History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He tends to his Mayor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Being a Mercenary kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Charles was born the youngest of three triplets. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
