Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Tim was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
