History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He bought a whip and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright yellow and blue, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. With bright golden hair and a scraggly beard. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Randal alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted.
