His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He has done his best to style his chestnut hair to look like a famous performer. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Cartwright business.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and wears dull green sweaters, loose yellow pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed greataxe, just in case. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He has done his best to style his white hair to look like a famous performer. He has several tiny amethyst earrings on each ear.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Peter embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Peter lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Engraver they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Bounty Hunter, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'3" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is renowned for his bright black suits and hats. His hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. His green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Barrister who has hired him part-time. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He got into the Barrister business at a young age. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Barrister.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has achieved small success as a Butcher.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Butcher responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
