Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is an amazing painter.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Description: A middle-aged man, he is typically in his Unemployed uniform, and is pretty ugly. His chestnut hair is thinning but still full. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines amber.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He got into the Unemployed business at a young age. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He's also a talented Carter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: An older man who wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with deerstalker hat, he is not a threatening figure. His black hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing his hectic life and new sellsword responsibilities is difficult

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is dark but he possesses many green ritualistic tattoos. Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Fletcher born in the past three hundred years. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fletcher for hire.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. His red hair is lengthy. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his brown eyes.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Guard business.

History: Norman was born with his mother's beautiful face. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
