History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A freak accident while working with his Seamstress mother left him crippled. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
