Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Mayor but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Armorer for hire.
