History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has taken up work as a Courier and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Description: He is lean but muscular and is renowned for his bright black suits and hats. His brown hair is smooth and relatively long. His eyes are blue and beady.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Richard grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Richard. He's also a talented Sailor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: He is a husky man, who is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He has a long golden beard with little hanging trinkets. His blue eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Painter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears a tight fitting yellow shirt and pants, and a wedding ring on his left hand. His black hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a Stetson hat. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Mortician arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
