History: Simon hails from a village terrorized by giants. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Soapmaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Simon was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.

Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bertram fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Soapmaker responsibilities is difficult.

History: Peter was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His childhood dream was to be a Bookbinder, but he was a colossal failure. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Server for the past few years.
