History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving John alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Roland has worked very hard to control his curse. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and many gnolls want him driven away

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. The war was a terrible time for him, and Adelard does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. Being a Roofer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
