Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born in the west. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He is a Assassin first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Bernard was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He married young, but lost his spouse to gnolls. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
