History: Kody was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has worked as a Spice Merchant like his father before him.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Spice Merchant responsibilities is difficult; and to be a mayor again

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Miner. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A gifted student he started as a Mortician, but he got bored and became a Miner. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Miner.

Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: He wears brown leather gloves, a brown jacket, and tight pants. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his crossbow, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a clover on it. His head has been shaved. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: He has a large black mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his brown robe, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'0" when asserting himself. He has moderate length golden hair. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Bertram is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. During his travels, Bertram and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Bertram discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Bertram fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
