History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Ploughman work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ploughman work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mercenary. He has achieved small success as a Mercenary.

History: Alex lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to clean up the streets
