Rolf liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Richard was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He tends to his Mortician job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Odo embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is a great chef.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Odo grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he has money and likes to spend it
