History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Layabout work with an outfit from a few towns over. Layabout work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Norman never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Personality: He is fixated on the number 37. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Ruler. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Ruler and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his religion dominates his actions

History: Born to a Stableman, his father struggled to pay the bills. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
