Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He takes great joy in being the best Fletcher in town.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
