History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He dropped out of school to support his sick father, and resented it. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Arnold was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Description: He wears light armors faded through time and improper care. He carries a battered spear and tarnished halberd as well. His hair, while still mostly golden, has prominent grey streaks. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Theodoric fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He prefers to wear brown clothing when he does not wear armor. His golden hair is matted, messy, and big. His green eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and further expansion of business
