History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. His moppish golden hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: Balimaar wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Balimaar was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Shoemaker. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.
