Description: This man stands a little under 5'4" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He dresses like a well dressed Soapmaker does. His black hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a Stetson hat. His green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is a Soapmaker first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Kody was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Description: This malnourished man wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His black hair is thinning but still full. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Adventurer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. He is bald on top and has large chestnut tufts of hair around his ears. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Roland was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Layabout for the past few years.

Motivation: To be a Miller again; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
