Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Roland took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up bastard sword and armor he uses now. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

History: Born in the north to a Brewer, Lance learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A freak accident while working with his Body Guard father left him crippled. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Brewer for hire.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

History: Born in the west to a Dilettante, Roger learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His first spouse was a Miller, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
