History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Masseuse for hire.

History: Born to a Banker, his mother struggled to pay the bills. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 33. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He got into the Courier business at a young age. Charles was born on a far southern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Courier. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Courier for hire.
