Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was born into a rich family. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Dyer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Beggar, and he later adopted a second son.

His father taught him the rudiments of the Bellfounder arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
