History: He was born into a rich family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mayor for hire.

History: Cory was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shepherd hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He struck the Shepherd job and began his own company from there.
