The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. Hugh liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
