History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Jocelyn grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: He got into the Crown-heir business at a young age. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He's also a talented Jeweler, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
