To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Through the years after John was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. John's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
