History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and doesn't want to be a tanner and was forced into it by his family

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
