History: Born in the north to a Mayor, Richard learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has worked as a Mayor like his mother before him.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has worked as a Miner like his father before him.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Manfred reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He became a Carter soon after.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is unsatisfied with his job
