History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. A gifted student he started as a Courier, but he got bored and became a Fortune-teller. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and balancing his hectic life and new fortune-teller responsibilities is difficult

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
