Description: This younger middle-aged man has a large grey mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his green robe, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His long silver hair reaches down to his waist. His eyes are green and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Miner born in the past three hundred years. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Miner. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 4 years.

Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Description: This malnourished man wears tattered old clothes. He wears his silver hair up in a very large beehive style do. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are hazel.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: He is an average looking northern male in his early mid-life. He wears a brown vest and prefers green and tan shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He has a white handlebar mustache and slicked back white hair. His gray eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Don was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He usually wears his tan robe and has his kukri always slung over his shoulder. His tied-back hair is red. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against goblins
