Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. Roland enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Marshal but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Roger lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Marshal hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy black stubble. He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. He has a hunchback. He sports a long black beard, and similarly colored long hair. He is baby faced.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. One day when Thomas was young, his mother was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly his mother dropped to the ground dead. His mother had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Thomas was heart-stricken from the event, and his father started working long hours to provde for them. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with top hat. He has no hair. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Dean hails from a village terrorized by giants. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Dean was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.
