His mother taught him the rudiments of the Cook arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. Conrad enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
