Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Randal's homeland. Randal decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: This man wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with violet lining and desert motifs, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His golden hair has been sun bleached extensively. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his brown eyes.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Reynard was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Weaver. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Spice Merchant. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. With bright chestnut hair and a scraggly beard. His hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Mercenary arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Anthony alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats; and balancing his hectic life and new mercenary responsibilities is difficult
